A judge Thursday ruled that a candidate for Seminole County School Board whom a challenger wanted tossed from the race is legally qualified for Tuesday's election.Autumn Garick, one of four people vying for the District 5 seat, said she was happy to prevail in the lawsuit filed by Dana Fernandez, another candidate for the school board.'Today, I won the court case, filed by a District 5 challenger who tried to distract me with a frivolous lawsuit,' Garick said in an email. 'I can now return my complete attention to the Seminole County School board election where I am committed to serving the students, teachers, staff, parents and community of Seminole County.
