OVIEDO, Fla. — Every practice starts the same for the Oviedo Lions. 'P-r-i-d-e, p-r-i-d-e, woo,' chants Oviedo's football team during their stretching period. It's that pride that makes DJ Scott stand out. 'It just feels like home. Everybody, the atmosphere, all of the players on the team, we all just feel like a big family. So I just love it here,' said DJ Scott, a senior running back for Oviedo high school. The senior running back is a part of a Lion legacy. 'Growing up here and all of my family membes went here, so I just feel like it's a big part of me to be an Oviedo Lion,' said Scott.
